Products & Availability

THEZACKIT offers biker-inspired apparel, including designs that reveal artwork when exposed to water. Product images, descriptions, sizing details, prices, and availability are provided to help you choose. Screen settings, lighting, and natural fabric differences can affect how colors appear.

For water-reactive designs, the visible effect depends on water contact, coverage, and drying conditions. Water-reactive artwork does not by itself mean a garment is waterproof, reflective-certified, or protective riding equipment. Always follow the care instructions and product details shown on the product page.

Please review the selected style, size, and other product options carefully before checking out. Availability and pricing may change before we accept an order.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you confirm that your order and contact information are accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown at checkout.

We may contact you if an order needs clarification, contains an error, or cannot be fulfilled. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

Processing & Delivery

Our standard order processing time is 3–6 days, followed by estimated shipping of 7–15 days. Standard shipping costs $4.95, and qualifying orders of $75 or more receive free standard shipping. The shipping amount displayed at checkout applies to your order.

Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other events outside our control may affect delivery. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers qualifying issues under our Returns & Refunds Policy. We provide a full refund for verified manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or an item materially different from its description, subject to the conditions in that policy. Packages confirmed lost in transit are also handled as described there.

For fit, preference, or other return requests, please contact our support team to learn which options apply. Include your order number and photos where helpful. Nothing in our policy limits consumer rights that apply by law.

Changes & Cancellations

Need to change a size, shipping address, or order detail? Email us as soon as possible with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations may no longer be possible once processing has begun or an order has shipped.

Brand Content & Intellectual Property

The THEZACKIT name, website copy, artwork, product images, designs, and other brand materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, distribute, or commercially use these materials without authorization. Any third-party names or trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Responsible Website Use

Use our website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, misuse customer accounts, interfere with checkout, access restricted systems, or submit misleading or fraudulent information. We may correct errors, update product information, or temporarily interrupt services for maintenance or security reasons.

Responsibility & Legal Rights

We aim to provide accurate information and dependable customer service. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside our reasonable control. Our apparel is not a substitute for proper riding safety equipment or safe road practices.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer protection, refund remedy, or other legal right that cannot lawfully be restricted.
